采用六钛酸钠晶须与六钛酸钾晶须混合增强树脂基摩擦材料,并对其摩擦磨损性能进行了测试与分析;研究了硅烷偶联剂改性六钛酸钠晶须对摩擦材料性能的影响。结果表明六钛酸钠晶须与六钛酸钾晶须的质量比为1∶4时,摩擦材料有较稳定的摩擦系数和较低的磨损率;硅烷偶联剂改性六钛酸钠晶须能在树脂中较好的分散,改善摩擦材料的性能。
The effect of silane coupling agent modified sodium hexatitanate whisker on the friction material was studied.
