西南桦、光皮桦优良无性系快速繁育与利用

  本文对西南桦、光皮桦2个珍贵乡土阔叶用材树种的叶芽组织离体培养与嫩枝扦插育苗的无性繁殖技术进行了总结。(1)通过试验分析可知,外植体诱导培养基中加入少量抗氧化剂及多次转接可诱导分化并有效防止褐化;(2)通过试验分析,掌握了西南桦、光皮桦增殖效果较好的组培增殖培养基与生根率较高的组培苗生根培养基的配制方案,掌握了组培苗移栽时控制环境因子与组培苗的生长相适应的技术;(3)通过西南桦嫩枝扦插试验,掌握了其扦插的无性繁殖技术。优良无性系苗造林后生长整齐均一,增益效果显著;(4)将组织培养技术与嫩枝扦插育苗技术有机结合,可以为营林生产提供优质低廉的无性系苗木,为推动西南桦、光皮桦2个树种的无性系林业发展提供了技术支撑。

为提高香榧育苗技术水平和造林成效,对香榧容器苗规模化生产进行系统研究。利用圆榧作为砧木种子,采用温室变温催芽处理,解决了种子发芽率低的技术难题;提出了香榧容器育苗科学基质配方和管理技术,苗木质量得到了显著改善;筛选出香榧容器苗最佳嫁接方法改良切接技术,成活率达90%以上。
