For the complexity of the financial system as well as its dynamics, this study constructs a series of system dynamic (SD) models to explore the relationship among internal structure, function and behavior patterns of financial system.By simulating the SD models in the structure and behavior perspective, dynamic behaviors in the process of financial structure change are inspected, that is when the financial system evolves from an old structure to a new one;and also, the economic effects of structure change and financial policy are discussed.Finally, strategy for financial restructuring and reformation was proposed based on economic growth.
