温度对河北和内蒙古地区不同致病疫霉致病力的影响

  由致病疫霉Phytophthora infestans (Mont.) de Bary引起的马铃薯晚疫病,对马铃薯产业造成最具毁灭性的灾害.为了研究温度对致病疫霉菌株致病力的影响,本文测定了采集自河北和内蒙古各8株致病疫霉菌株在10℃、15℃、17.5℃、20℃、22.5℃和25℃共6个温度下对荷兰十五马铃薯品种离体叶片的致病力.对病斑直径、孢子囊浓度和单位面积产孢量等指标进行统计,研究了温度对河北和内蒙古地区不同致病疫霉菌株致病力的影响.结果表明:河北和内蒙古致病疫霉致病的最适温度都是20℃,适温区为17.5~22.5℃,随着温度的升高或降低,菌株在叶片上的病斑直径和孢子囊浓度逐渐减小.采集自河北的菌株JW13-10和JW13-16和采集自内蒙古的菌株NY13-26和NY13-12在不同温度下均发病较早,且病斑直径和产孢量较大,说明这4株菌株是强致病力菌株;而菌株JW13-5和NY13-25在不同温度下几乎都不发病,为弱致病力菌株.结果表明,温度对致病疫霉致病力的影响较大,且不同致病疫霉菌株的致病力在同一温度下差异显著.
