　　The plant hormone ethylene affects many biological processes during plant growth and development,and is believed to be critical in plant stress response and tolerance.In this study we report the identification and characterization of the Arabidopsis ethylene signaling regulators,including RTE1[1,2](an ethylene receptor activator),RTH(the RTE1 homolog),LTP1(a putative Arabidopsis lipid transfer protein 1)and RTE11(unpublished).
