　　Objective Purpose: IDO1 and COX2 have emerged as promising immunotherapy targets,and their inhibitors could enhance T cell responses to tumor cells.Cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)expression drive constitutive expression of IDO1 in many human tumor cells through the PKC and PI3K pathways.

乙酰基转移酶在食管癌中的功能与激活通路
目的 上皮起源的食管癌作为最常见的上消化道恶性肿瘤，其发病率居世界肿瘤的第八位，死亡率居第六位。蛋白的翻译后修饰在蛋白的功能上起着十分重要的作用。以往的研究结果表明，食管癌中蛋白质的翻译后修饰多种多样，而其中比较常见的就是乙酰化。催化这一酶促反应的关键酶的作用就不言而喻。本文重点在于讨论乙酰基转移酶KAT7和KAT8在食管癌中的表达特征、功能及临床意义研究。
