  Divertor plays a vital role in a fusion reactor,not only the fusion reaction ash,unburnt fuel and eroded particles,but also about 15%of the total thermal power is removed through the divertor.This work is based on the helium-cooled modular divertor with multiple-jet cooling concept which was proposed by KIT Institute in Germany for DEMO.The finger-like structure has been manufactured,and the involved technology are very complex.Spray-drying technology was adopted to make doped tungsten powder.MIM(Metal injection molding)was adopted to manufacture the tungsten component.CVD(Chemical vapor deposition)was adopted to achieve a connection between tungsten tile and tungsten alloy thimble.And the result of UT(ultrasonic non-destructive testing)showed no defect that was larger than 1.5mm,was appeared at the interface between different materials.
