在太阳辐射下大跨度建筑物的外部温度场呈非均匀分布,阴面区域的温度低于阳面区域的温度.均匀温度场和非均匀温度场假定给出的分析结果不同.外部温度场受太阳辐射、风速、涂层材料及周围物体辐射反射率等因素的影响.采用简化方法实现大跨度空间钢结构在太阳辐射下外部温度场模拟,得到一个地区的球面网壳外部温度场的分布规律.使用有限元法分析外部非均匀温度场对网壳结构受力性能的影响.算例分析表明,均匀温度分布假定不适用于大跨度双层球面网壳结构的设计.
Under the solar radiation, the external temperature field of the long-span buildings is inhomogeneous distribution, the temperature in the negative area is lower than the temperature in the positive area, and the results obtained under the assumption of uniform temperature field and non-uniform temperature field are different.The external temperature field is affected by solar radiation , The wind speed, the coating material and the radiation reflectance of the surrounding objects and so on.Using a simplified method to simulate the external temperature field of the long-span space steel structure under the solar radiation, the distribution law of the temperature field outside the spherical reticulated shell in a region is obtained. The finite element method is used to analyze the influence of external inhomogeneous temperature field on the behavior of the reticulated shell structure.Examples show that the uniform temperature distribution assumption is not suitable for the design of the long-span double-layer reticulated dome structure.
