　　目的：通过对74例胃神经内分泌肿瘤的发病、诊断、治疗和预后的研究，进一步加深对胃神经内分泌肿瘤的了解，提高胃神经内分泌肿瘤的诊治水平.方法：回顾性分析2008年1月至2013年6月安徽医科大学第一附属医院收治的74例胃神经内分泌肿瘤患者的临床资料和随访结果，数据通过SPSS 16.0软件处理，采用Kaplan-Meier法进行单因素生存分析.
