乙酰乳酸合成酶(AHAS,EC 2.2.1.6)催化支链氨基酸的生物合成,具有生物安全性,是绿色除草剂的重要靶点[1].我们在前期系统研究了单取代磺酰脲类除草剂的构效关系和分子基础[2,3],并且基于AHAS的复合物结构进行分子设计,发现了有用的抑制剂结构信息[4].
