  In the popularization and application of infrared imaging detection technology,the uncooled infrared photon detection enables the high speed mid-IRdetection at room temperature,which has potential applications in many fields such as aviation,space detection,industry,etc.For the mid-IR (3-5μtm)range,the infrared photosensitivity at room temperature can be achieved by polycrystallization in PbSe film.
