我国最佳医院区域分布的公平性研究

【摘要】

：

目的：评价我国最佳医院在八大综合经济区分布的公平性情况,为完善区域卫生规划政策和促进健康公平提供信息支持和参考依据.方法通过描述性分析、绘制洛伦兹曲线和计算基尼系数来分析2009-2014年我国最佳医院区域分布的公平性程度及其变化趋势.结果 2009-2014年我国最佳医院区域分布的基尼系数均在0.4以上,基尼系数的范围在0.40-0.48之间.结论我国最佳医院在八大综合经济区的分布处于较不公
