  The experimental heat capacity of the crystalline phase has been assessed by the modified Debye model from the experimental data available in the literature.By means of the constrained non-linear least squares curve fitting arithmetic,the parameter values of the model have been determined yielding reasonable descriptions of the experimental data on heat capacity.The expression of the heat capacity function Cp(T) is presented.The Debye model has the advantage of giving the average Debye temperature,the anharmonic coefficients and a smaller number of terms.On the other hand it is more complicated mathematically and the evaluation of the Debye model requires numerical quadrature.
