　　Due to the simple preparation process,wide material surface,low cost,good flexibility and substrate compatibility,the organic field effect transistors(OFETs)have very important application prospects in active display,sensor and a logic circuit fields.In order to further improve the performance of the OFETs,it is necessary to explore the factors that affect the carrier mobility.
