Dielectric-barrier discharge(DBD)is a typical non-equilibrium gas discharge with AC at low temperature and atmospheric pressure . Compared with other crystallization techniques,DBD plasma crystallization technology is simple to operate,easy to control,and can greatly reduce the production of energy.It has a very good industrial prospects and great potential value.
