Along with the continuous deepening of the reform of teaching, assessment mode reform has deeply, more and more vocational and technical education colleges and universities adopted formative assessment model, the purpose is to promote the completion of learning goals, to ensure that the student to form the post ability.But through the investigation, the teacher in the use of formative assessment, for students teaching effect but each are not identical, this paper tries to analysis effect of the effective implementation of the formative assessment factors, to ensure that formative assessment results provide a certain material.
