　　Increasing antibiotic resistance of bacterial pathogens has been observed for many years,both in Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria,concerning the isolates from hospitalized and ambulatory patients [1].Therefore,to explore and discover a new class of antibiotics is imperative.In our previous work,several rhodanine analogs which showed strong activities against Gram-positive strains have been reported [2].
