　　Objective:We aimed to analyze whether ERG rearrangement in biopsies could be used to assess subsequent cancer diagnosis and the risk of lymph node metastasis in early prostate cancer and report the oncological and functional outcomes of a novel technique of performing single-port transvesical laparoscopic radical prostatectomy (STRP) in organ-confined prostate cancer without lymph node metastasis by the detection of ERG rearrangement in biopsies.
