　　performance of vacuum fiction and wear of material used for flexspline with single and multiple ion implantation was studied by several means of surface test,and the difference implantation condition was treated by analogy calculation.It is has been found that the performance of material implanted with Ti++N+ is better than others.The main reason is that ion implantation made the microstncture and mechanism of fiction wear in implanted layer changed to improve tribological properties.
