软磁合金材料是用途非常广泛的基础功能材料,也是种类最多的材料之一。而铁镍合金在软磁合金中占有较大份额,是电力、电子、信息工业中的重要材料。在铁镍合金系中,80%Ni-5%Mo-Fe合金具有高的初始磁导率,在电子元器件及屏蔽方面应用非常广泛,市场需求量很大。本项目的研究目标是通过调整材料的冷加工工艺,了解冷加工工艺参数对材料性能变化的影响。
