本文对垂直向上、垂直向下、横向向上、横向向下流动及水平放置五种位置的U—型管内的流型进行了实验研究,用电导探针法测定了各种U—型管内流型转换的条件。根据实验结果得出了流型图,应用量钢分析的方法对主要的流型转变曲线提出了准则方程式。本文的实验结果为其他理论研究和工业设计时确定U—型管内的流型提供了依据。
In this paper, the vertical flow, vertical downward, horizontal upward, horizontal downward flow and the horizontal position of five types of U-shaped tube was studied experimentally, with the conductivity probe method was measured in a variety of U-tube flow pattern Conversion conditions. According to the experimental results, the flow pattern is obtained. The method of steel analysis is used to propose the governing equation for the main flow pattern. The experimental results in this paper provide the basis for other theoretical studies and the determination of flow patterns in U-tubes during industrial design.
