股骨转子间骨折围手术期并发症及死亡原因分析

【摘要】

：

目的探讨高龄股骨转子间骨折手术治疗的并发症及死亡原因.方法对2007年5月至2013年5月,我院股骨转子之间骨折行手术治疗的患者共计383例,进行回顾性研究,分析和讨论术后住院期间患者死亡的原因,并将病人年龄、术前健康状况评估与术后病死率之间的相互关系进行分析.同时对死亡率情况,手术术式,手术时间,出血量等相关因素,进行分析.
