Motivated by the need from our on-going environmental study in the NorwegianMother and Child Cohort (MoBa) study,we consider an outcomedependentsampling scheme (ODS) for failure time data with censoring.Likethe case-cohort design,the ODS design enriches the observed sample by selectivelyincluding certain failure subjects.We present an estimated maximumsemiparametric empirical likelihood estimation (EMSELE) under the proportionalhazards model framework.The asymptotic properties of the proposedestimator were derived.
