Proteomics is playing more and more important roles in life sciences study.Due to the extreme complexity of the protein composition in a given biological system, effective fractionation with diversity of separation techniques has become the necessary step before identifying the proteins with mass spectrometry.Different chromatographic technique combined with mass spectrometry has becoming the core technical strategy in proteomics study.
