Diversified strategy has become one common pattern when enterprise chooses its strategy,but the question of how to efficiently select the areas and industries of diversified operations for the private enterprise remains unresolved.Based on literature review,this paper analyzes the choice of enterprises diversification development from the perspectives of resource-based-view and ability theory,takes Wanda Group as the study object,adopts the standard case study method and makes some research investigations on private enterprises choice of diversification,including collections of second-hand data and materials and analysis of the research.The final part of the paper puts forward some advice for enterprise to accept in its diversification selection and sustainment of long-time competitive advantage and being an ever-lasting enterprise.
