本文通过对SA203GrD钢的可焊性进行分析和焊接工艺评定试验后,制定了较为合理的焊接工艺并获得了满意的焊接接头质量。结果表明,SA203GrD钢焊接性良好,在板厚小于50mm时可不预热而直接焊接。通过控制层间温度、减少焊条摆动等措施能够保证焊缝及热影响区的低温韧性值。
In this paper, the SA203GrD steel weldability analysis and welding process assessment test, developed a more reasonable welding process and obtained a satisfactory quality of welded joints. The results show that, SA203GrD steel weldability is good, the plate thickness is less than 50mm can be directly welded without preheating. By controlling the interlayer temperature, reducing the electrode swing and other measures to ensure the weld and heat affected zone of low temperature toughness value.
