Understanding the 3-D structure and dynamics of proteins and other biological macromolecules in various environments is among the central challenges of structural biology.This study investigates the possibility of using electric-field assisted membrane chromatography coupling with electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) for monitoring protein conformational dynamics under equilibrium conditions.
