Minimally invasive procedures for evacuation of intracerebral hematoma have been demonstrated to be a promising method, patients underwent minimally invasive procedures usually have a good recovery of motor function, but the therapeutic effectiveness was evaluated by the manual muscle test score and the objective reliability has been badly affected. The purpose of the present study was to observe the motor function changes by diffusion tensor imaging in patients with thalamic hematoma treated by minimally invasive procedures.
