The aim of this study was to develop a sustained-release delivery system of dihydroartemisinin (DHA) nanoparticles with biodegradable poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA), in which soybean phospholipid was employed to improve the lipophilicity of DHA and encapsulation efficiency.
