  对于船舶等这类大型工程装备而言,其结构通常是采用板材与型材进行焊接组装而成。由于船体板材较大,使得焊接在此类结构上局部加热过程相对更为集中,加热范围相对较小,温度梯度大,致使结构容易产生复杂的热应力和变形。
