In this paper,take Yanwachuan watershed as an example to discuss the effect of soil and water comprehensive management on meso-scale watershed.Yanwachuan watershed is a typical meso-scale watershed in gully area of Loess Plateau.The double mass curve,accumulative anomaly,moving t-test and yamamoto test method were used to study the variation trend and variation stage of runoff and sediment in Yanwachuan watershed from 1981 to 2009.
