新技术革命的内容和影响已为人们所关注。《第三次浪潮》、《大趋势》、《信息社会》成为广泛议论中的读物。科学知识的迅速发展和增长,推动了技术革命,而技术革命就必然会导致产业革命。面对快速演进的技术世界,提供给人们的希望很大,而可选择的范围则又较小。这是一种挑战也是一个机会。从开发新技术和应用方面看,总的说,还都比较新,彼此间的差距似乎还不十分显著,能不能通过新技术的开发和新的捷径“跃”上去,应该说存在着这种可能性。因而人们在思考、探索,研究对策,制定方案,明确目标,付诸行动。
The content and influence of the new technological revolution have drawn people’s attention. “The Third Wave,” “Megatrends,” and “Information Society” have become widely read articles. The rapid development and growth of scientific knowledge have promoted the technological revolution, which inevitably leads to the industrial revolution. The face of the rapidly evolving world of technology offers great promise to people with less scope to choose from. This is a challenge and an opportunity. In terms of the development of new technologies and applications, in general, they are still relatively new, and the gap between them seems not very significant. Whether this can be achieved through the development of new technologies and new shortcuts “jumps” possibility. Therefore, people think, explore, research strategies, develop programs, clear goals and put into action.
