In this study, it had been "Qianchun 968", "Jiefeng-guijiao 3","Huaxi pepper" three varieties as study material, by adjusting the UV-b lamp with plant distance (75cm, 50cm, 25cm), with increased UV-b radiation at different levels during the seeding stage.The result showed that the certain UV-b radiation can enhanced pepper photosynthetic, the Pn、 Cs、 Ci、 Tr of "Qianchun 968" were all the highest in treatment-2.
