Objective: In clinical practice, breast cancers with lymph node metastasis, positive estrogen receptor/progesterone receptor,and overexpressed human epidermal growth factor receptor2 (LN+ER/PR-Her2+) status have high risk of recurrence;however, the effective prognostic biomarkers for this tumor type are still insufficient.Since breast cancers with LN+ER/PRHer2+ status is at much higher risk of recurrence than those with LN-ER/PR+Her2-status, then the differential proteins between those two cohorts could be related to the risk of breast cancer recurrence.
