The course of modernization includes keeping socialeconomy developingand improving social civilization level．Manyproblems have been emerged in Chinaduring the procedure of economic development，such asnatural resources have beendestroyed seriously，environment has beendeteriorated and seriously lack of energysupply．In the meanwhile，foreign trade increasing isfacing the problem of lackingimpetus，the gap between the rich and the poor hasbeen widened and social problems is becoming more and more serious．Enterprisesplay an important role in thecourse of modernization．Besides seeking maximizedprofits for the stockholders inthe business，they should also take theresponsibility for the stakeholder and thewhole society into account．At present，most of theChinese enterprises are lackingof the consciousness of undertaking socialresponsibility．They only try to pursuetheir own profit and ignore the rights and interestsof employees，and thus have leadto many wasting resources，polluting environmentproblems．They are also lacking ofconsciousness faithfulness and public service．Infact，enterprise undertaking socialresponsibility is profitable for social economicdevelopment，its own sustainabilityand harmonious society advancement．Promoting thecorporate social responsibilityin China needs the guide of government，enterprisesattaching importance to it andthe drive of a whole society．
