女性绝育术为国内外广泛采用的节育措施之一,但在临床工作中确有一些病例因术后并发症,丧失劳动能力和生活自理能力,不仅给受术者造成痛苦,亦影响计划生育工作的开展。自1984年9月到1985年5月,我院对26例绝育术后并发症患者进行了腹腔镜检查及处理,取得较好疗效,现介绍如下。
