目的:观察止嗽散联合YAG激光激光治疗喉源性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将喉源性咳嗽患者随机分成试验组和西药对照组,比较两组药物对喉源性咳嗽的临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为83.3.1%,对照组总有效率为70.0%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。同时,除咽后壁淋巴滤泡增生外,观察组治疗后症状改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。随访3个月,观察组复发率为7.1%(4/56),对照组为30.2%(16/53),两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:止嗽散加减治疗喉源性咳嗽的效果明显优于单纯西药治疗,在缓解症状方面有较好的疗效,并可降低复发率。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Zhisowosan combined with YAG laser in the treatment of laryngeal cough. Methods: The patients with laryngeal cough were randomly divided into experimental group and western medicine control group, and the clinical efficacy of the two drugs on laryngeal cough was compared. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 83.3.1%, while the total effective rate in the control group was 70.0%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). At the same time, in addition to the pharyngeal lymphoid follicular hyperplasia, the observation group after treatment, symptoms were better than the control group (P <0.05). The follow-up period was 3 months. The recurrence rate was 7.1% (4/56) in the observation group and 30.2% (16/53) in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion: Zhisowan addition and subtraction treatment of laryngeal cough significantly better than the effect of Western medicine alone, in relieving symptoms have a good effect, and can reduce the recurrence rate.
