高冰镍成分复杂，含有大量的镍、铜、铁、硫等元素，欲测其中贵金属含量，通常需要分离富集手段。本文采用阴离子交换树脂选择性吸附分离高冰镍中铂和金，再用全反射X荧光分析技术测定，建立了高冰镍中贵金属铂和金含量测定的新方法。
