意识的产生与改变一直是困扰科学界，特别是神经科学界的重要难题。而全麻药物作用下引起的意识可逆性消失与恢复是研究这一问题的理想手段，而阐释全麻药物诱导意识消失的神经生物学机制，就必须从神经活动的结构基础入手。
