基于热红质联用的煤系高岭岩脱碳动力学研究

以内蒙煤系高岭岩为原料，采用热分析-红外-质谱联用的测试方法对其在煅烧过程中质量、热量、逸出气体产物种类和释放流量等特征进行定性或定量表征。以H2O(g)和CO2(g)的释放特征分别代表脱羟反应和脱碳反应，获得脱羟和脱碳反应的转化率随时间的变化数据，采用非等温动力学方法计算脱碳动力学参数，得到动力学方程。采用动力学方程对煤系高岭岩在不同温度条件下的脱碳过程进行模拟，根据模拟数据拟合出煤系高岭岩完全
