miR168 has ability to regulate expression of Augounaut1,which is considered as most effective element in miRNA regulation.In tomato,over-expressed miR168 caused more floral set development,while in wild type parts of these floral set selective to be abortion as staying floral buds phase.According to the theory of development in plants needs the presentation of auxin and energy sources,we applied NPA to the top of tomato seedlings on 25 dpg,or dark treatment on 25 dpg,both treatments resulted floral bud abortion in our experiments.Furthermore,we examined the relative expressions of energy or auxin relative miRNAs in aborted floral set in wild type and the responding developed floral set in miR168-OX lines,miR172 was found to be up-regulated and miR166 was found to be down-regulated significantly.Over-expression miR172 obtained fast growth rate which is similar to the phenotype of miR168-OX,while miR172 loss-offunction transgenic plants showed hypersensitive to light change in floral which resulted floral abortion in the first floral set.miR166 fruit specific expression caused serious floral abortion in tomato.We suspected miR168 in higher level promoted up-regulated of miR172 and down-regulated of miR166 via complex regulation networks during development progress from floral buds into flowers.
