观察奥沙利铂联合替吉奥方案治疗晚期弥漫型胃癌的临床疗效及不良反应.结果表明，奥沙利铂联合替吉奥胶囊治疗晚期弥漫型胃癌的近期疗效较好，不良反应可以耐受，值得进一步研究应用。

刘志顺教授通过电针深刺双侧大肠俞、次髎、中髎、会阳以及承山穴，治疗一例硬脊膜动静脉瘘术后具有感觉、二便功能障碍的患者，取得较好的临床疗效，体现了针灸治疗此病的有效性，为临床实践提供一定的参考。

巨结肠类缘病是一种复杂的肠神经支配异常导致肠运动功能障碍的疾病，以便秘、腹胀为主要临床表现，其临床上症状与体征与巨结肠相似；国内外主张应根据病情病理分类而采用非手术或小手术治疗，包括中西医结合治疗等。本案为针刺治疗一例难治性小儿巨结肠类缘病，收到良好疗效。
