The paper will describe and compare performance of Bayesian method for finding the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) in Phase Ⅰ oncology trials with several conventional dose-finding methods.A simulation study will be performed for Bayesian logistic regression (BLR) under escalation with overdose control (EWOC),continual reassessment method (CRM),conventional 3+3 method and accelerated titration design (ATD) for single agent trials.A comparison between the CRM and BLR under EWOC is also performed based on data from an actual trial.
