Radish (Raphanus sativus L.) is one of the most important vegetables around the world,especially in Asia,but insufficient information is currently available to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying fleshy root development and formation.MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small (19-25 nucleotides in length),endogenous,non-coding RNAs,involved in plant growth and development regulation.
