　　Objective To study the intestinal absorption kinetics of punicalagins of pomegranate peel polyphenols in rats.Method A single-pass intestinal perfusion model in rats was used to measure the intestinal absorption of punicalagins in different absorption segments and the content of punicalagins was assayed by HPLC method.
