　　This paper aims to study the selective probe and mechanism of water-soluble fluorescent Carbon dots(C-Dots)to Fe3+ions and fluoride ions.The C-Dots with high luminous efficiency was prepared by hydrothermal method from citric acid(CA)and ethylenediamine(EDA)at 150℃.
