0前言北京体育大学游泳馆建造于20世纪50年代末,建筑物主体结构类型为钢筋混凝土三铰拱梁结构承重形式,两侧辅助用房(更衣室或沐浴间)为砖混结构。为完善其施工功能,需要对其内部重新进行装修改造。由于建筑物建造年代久远,清华大学房屋安全鉴定室对游泳馆建筑物结构进行了检测鉴定和安全评估。报告结论表明:该游泳馆已属于损伤严重的局部危险房屋,必须采取措施进行解危及加固处理。
0 Foreword The swimming pool of Beijing Sport University was built in the late 1950s. The structure of the main structure of the building is a load-bearing form of reinforced concrete three-hinged arch beams.
