为了考察螺旋折流板换热器流体动力学方面的优越性,并进而解释其对传热强化的重要意义,进行了冷态流动实验研究.实验结果表明,螺旋形折流板与弓形折流板相比,没有折流板端部与根部的死区和回混现象;流量流速相同的条件下,总压力降降低了20%左右.
