　　Endophytic fungi associated with three bryophyte species (the liverwort Barbilophozia hatcheri,the mosses Chorisodontium aciphyllum and Sanionia uncinata) in the Fildes Region,King George Island,Antarctica,were studied by culture-dependent method.A total of 128 isolates were isolated from 1329 tissue segments of 14 plant samples.

地衣芽孢杆菌CHB6液体高密度发酵条件优化

以CHB6的细胞生物量和发酵液pH为指标,采用正交试验方法对地衣芽孢杆菌CHB6的液体发酵培养基成分进行筛选优化.结果表明,不同碳氮源对细胞生物量影响较大,最佳培养基配比为：糖蜜1.5％,大豆蛋白胨0.5％,K2HPO4·3H2O为0.15％,NaCl l.5％.CHB6细胞生物量较优化前大幅提高,可达4.8×109CFU/mL。
