外周神经损伤会导致脊髓小胶质细胞的活化,后者介导的神经炎症反应是神经病理性疼痛的重要发病机制之一。活化的小胶质细胞可极化为致炎M1型和抗炎M2型两种类型,这两种类型的细胞在神经系统中的作用截然相反,M1型活化加重神经损伤,而M2型活化则起到神经保护作用。
